Our home-made sausage options include Pork & Apple, Pork & Leak, Beef, and Venison. Toppings and extras include Mull Cheddar, Streaky Bacon, Foie Gras & Brandy Apple Chutney and various other chutneys and sauces. We provide a broad and delicious range of gourmet sandwiches and salad options – catering to all tastes and dietary needs.
Whilst we specialise in traditional Scottish food with a twist, our repertoire ranges from classic French, modern street food, Mediterranean, Oriental to whatever your imagination can conjure.
We liaise with a wide network of associates within Edinburgh and around Scotland, including high-profile wedding and events organisers, prestigious marquee companies, and renowned street food events coordinators. We tailor our service to every need, from the smallest intimate get-together to elaborate banquets and majestic extravaganzas!
Our local veg supplier JT Veg stocks the freshest seasonal produce. Our forager Ben Robertson brings us the tastiest wild herbs. Our butcher T Bauer provides the best seasonal game and Scottish beef in the world.
